I am looking as hard as I can and I can still barely tell. It's really not noticeable, and probably has to do with the curve of the entire car.

I like this generation S Class. A lot of people hate on it, but I feel it's just about perfect, you know if it weren't for the door handles. But! They look okay from the front 3/4th view.

Side note: If I was OCD like the person in the gif, I probab wouldn't be washing my hands in a bathroom like that.

I like it a lot, the new one is too modern and less classy than it should be. This one has all the right proportions (ignoring the doorhandles) and it looks like a proper luxury car.

If you consider the pair of handles as one piece, they are perfectly aligned with the body lines

They are probably aligned to the tangent of the curve on each door. Given that you'd expect them to be at a different angle as the slope is different for each handle location. If the handles were aligned at the same height and angle you'd probably think them out of place.
